Biography
Spenser Stark is a graduate student at the University of Texas at Austin with a background in mechanical engineering and mathematics. Spenser is studying Aerothermodynamics and Fluid Mechanics and is currently working with Philip Varghese and Noel Clemens on the PSAAP III project. His work focuses on the use of laser spectroscopy to characterize plasma flow for use in the validation of predictive simulations.
